So as you all know, I go to work early in the morning. Usually Jackson is just getting up for the day when I am taking off. The last couple of days, he has been getting up early, so he can make a home lunch. Tuesday was the first day and he was so proud of himself that he saved half the sandwich for me to try. This morning I got to see him in progress, so I caught it on film. And he wants to make sure that I know all his friends love it.
Here is the Recipe:
- cut off the crust (of course)
- 2 pieces of sliced cheddar cheese
- ketchup
- slice of turkey
- a couple of pepperoni slices inside of the turkey
- little bit of Tabasco sauce, on the turkey
- then some shredded cheddar cheese

The sandwhich doesn't sound to yummy, But that is so grown up of him. G is still nowhere near being able to take care of himself, he would starve for days if he had to supplly himself with food. Ha Ha
